The following instructions will help you install Enhanced Website plugin on your website. The process is very simple and should take less than 5 minutes.
Please log into GOODWILL CRM and go to Marketplace > Enhanced website.
Install the app if you haven't done so already.
Make sure you enter the domain name (and optionally a staging domain) for the website that is going to use our script.
Fell free to adjust all theming settings to match your website's style. Dont worry if you are not sure about exact colours, you can always change them later. Any changes you make here take immediate effect.
Scroll to the bottom of that page, click Generate new API key button.
To enhance your website, simply copy the HTML snippet below the API key and paste in your website's <head> section.
Make sure it's present on every page.
You have successfully installed Enhanced Website app on your website, now you are ready to start using it.
We currently offer 2 enhancements connected directly to GOODWILL CRM: donation process and enquiry form.
Donation process - this enhancement will allow you to publish any number of appeals from the CRM to your website. When you go to the appeal setup on the CRM, you will see a new button called 'Enhanced website'. Click on it to access HTML snippet that you can copy and paste into your website's content. This snippet will turn into fully-featured Appeal with donation process. Example
Enquiry form - this enhancement will allow you to publish an enquiry form on your website which is connected directly to the CRM's inbox. When the form is submitted by one of your website's visitors, the enquiry will be created in the CRM and assigned to the correct contact. Example
